This Privacy Policy describes how SepticNearby (the “Site”) collects, uses, shares, and safeguards information when you use the Site, click phone numbers, submit inquiries, or otherwise interact with our services. The Site is operated by VoixWare, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
1) Who We Are

We may collect the following categories of personal information for the business and commercial purposes listed below. See “Your Privacy Rights” for how to exercise access/deletion/opt-out rights.
- Identifiers: e.g., IP address, cookie IDs, device identifiers, referral URLs.
- Contact information (if you submit forms): name, email, phone, ZIP/city/state.
- Internet/Network activity: pages viewed, links clicked, time on page, user-agent.
- Approximate geolocation: inferred from IP or ZIP.
- Call interaction data: time of call, number dialed, call duration, and (where legally permitted and with notice) call recordings with quality/analytics metadata.
Purposes: provide and improve the Site; connect you with independent septic service providers; analytics and measurement; security/fraud prevention; compliance/recordkeeping; marketing or advertising (including cross-context behavioral advertising, where applicable).
Retention: We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above (see “Retention”).
Sale/Sharing: We do not sell personal information for money. We may “share” data for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). See “Do Not Sell or Share” below.
3) Information We Collect
- Provided by you: When you submit a form or contact us, you may provide your name, email, phone, ZIP, and service details.
- Automatic data: IP address, device IDs, cookie IDs, user-agent, timestamps, pages and links you view, and referral URLs. We use cookies and similar technologies for functionality and analytics. (See “Cookies & Analytics”.)
- Call analytics: When you click a tracked phone number, we (and our telephony/call analytics providers) may log the dialed number, call time/duration, outcome, and—where allowed with proper notice—record the call for quality or compliance.
4) How We Use Information
- Operate, secure, and improve the Site and our services.
- Connect you with independent septic service providers and manage related communications (e.g., call routing, lead delivery).
- Measure engagement, run analytics, and debug issues.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce agreements, including fraud prevention and abuse detection.
- Marketing/advertising, including cross-context behavioral advertising where permitted by law.
5) How We Share Information
- Service providers: hosting, analytics, security, customer support, telephony/call analytics, and similar vendors bound by contractual confidentiality.
- Independent providers & lead/affiliate partners: if you dial or request service, we may share details necessary to fulfill your request (e.g., your contact info, ZIP, service need) with independent septic contractors or pay-per-call/lead partners.
- Legal/compliance: to comply with law, enforce our Terms, protect rights, safety, or prevent fraud.
- Business transfers: as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
6) “Do Not Sell or Share” (California)
We do not sell personal information for money. We may share identifiers and internet/network activity with advertising/analytics partners for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may opt out of such sharing by adjusting cookie preferences in your browser, using Global Privacy Control (GPC), or contacting us as described in “Your Privacy Rights.”
7) EEA/UK GDPR Disclosures
Legal bases: (i) contract (to deliver requested services); (ii) our legitimate interests (e.g., site security, analytics, business improvements); (iii) consent (where required for cookies/ads); and (iv) legal obligations. Your rights (subject to limitations): access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. You may lodge complaints with your supervisory authority. Data is processed in the US; where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses).
8) Cookies & Analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site and run analytics/advertising. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser. Some analytics and ad tools may set or read cookies and receive device or usage data (e.g., IP address, user-agent, pages viewed). We may also use call-tracking platforms to attribute calls made from the Site.
9) Retention
We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes in this Policy, including legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. We use criteria-based schedules (e.g., the nature of the data, sensitivity, and legal obligations) to determine retention.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11) Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
12) “Do Not Track” & GPC
We do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals. Where required by law, we endeavor to honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out of selling/sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising.
13) Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location (e.g., CA, CO, CT, VA; EEA/UK), you may have rights to request access, deletion, correction, portability, restriction or to opt out of targeted advertising, sale/sharing, and certain profiling. To exercise rights:

14) Changes to This Policy
